First of all I want to apologize for not blogging this last 2 weeks. So much as happened recently which makes you appreciate life and your loved ones that much more. My best friend, Crystal Fox's brother died suddenly in N.Y. I consider their family my extended family. I have never seen such strength displayed in a family before. When someone older dies, although it still hurts so incredibly much you/they had more time to mentally prepare due to old age. They have lived a full life and you enjoyed it with them. However when someone young dies it come out of nowhere. This entire family came together, supported each other and loved on each other through the entire ordeal. Christopher's life and the time he spent in the hospital before he died became a testimony to not only his family, but also friends all over who decided to take their lives more seriously by placing God first. Life is sometimes so unexpectedly short. The cliche live each day like its your last rings all too true. Love God, love people, love yourself. Christopher Shayne Fox, we will always remember you and we can't wait till the day when Christ takes us all from this place to meet in the air.

I can't stress it enough: when a couple totally relaxes and enjoys an engagement session they will love the photos that much more. Nneka and Randy took that to heart during their engagement session and we absolutely love these photos! Their wedding is soon approaching and we are confident that they will love their wedding photos just as much! Engagement sessions are a great trial run before the big day. Think about it. You do a trial run for your hair, makeup, even the ceremony during the rehearsal. Why wouldn't you do the same with your photos. You just want to make sure you are happy with the results. You may not have taken professional photos like these before and jumping in only on the wedding day is a bad idea. The engagement session helps to get the jitters out and you get to know your photographer before lights, camera, action!
